The Green Wedding | Port Charlotte, Florida

Somedays I stop and think, wow, I am so lucky to know so many wonderful people and call so many my friend. I have known Gavin my whole life, literally, and I had the honor of meeting his soulmate a few years back. It was apparent even then that in Gavin's eyes, Mary hung the moon and the stars. With all that there was to admire about Mary it was hard not to love her and she was absorbed into our click with a quickness. But what I appreciate most about Gavin and Mary is the value they place on friendship. Most people do not know this but it was Mary and Gavin who encouraged me to embrace my passion for photography and to step out on my own this year. They opened my eyes to the possibility that I had the potential to create something beautiful and to them I was special. I still remember the nervousness that overcame me when they asked me last year to shoot their wedding. Their belief that I had the talent and skill to play such a major role in one of the biggest events of their life was so moving that I still get teary eyed. So thank you Mary and Gavin for your support! I am so overwhelmingly happy for you both and I can't imagine not having you in my life! Congratulations!

Mary and Gavin were married Memorial Day weekend in Punta Gorda, Florida and what was not to love about their wedding! Incorporating her new last name (Green) into the decor, Mary brilliantly and tastefully used Green and Black and White Damask details to enhance her gorgeous venue. Bridesmaids were given peal necklaces and all groomsmen and ushers were given a brand new pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses!
