Life's A Beach | My Family

I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Independence Day!

I don't know where to begin . . . so I will start by saying that I LOVE my family! We may share different interests, take separate paths and butt heads from time to time, but we always find home and love when we are with each other. Back in the day, if you didn't find us at church on Sundays you were sure to find us on a sandbar lining the beautiful Flint River in Bainbridge GA with a bucket of fried chicken and a sunburn. In my daddy's boat on open water is where I spent most of my childhood weekends and where some of my best memories come from. Honestly, not much has changed in the past 26 years as we still consider "boat time" as family time. Put us Knee Deep in the water somewhere, in and Old Blue Chair, with a cold beer in our hand, and a slice of Key Lime Pie in the other and we'll be Free as we'll ever be! Ah yes, hop on a boat with us and you are sure to hear tunes from Jimmy Buffet, Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band!

Its been quite a while since we had any family portraits taken and I wanted it to be fun and relaxing! A BIG thank you goes out to Natalie Lawson of Natalie Lawson photography! I first met Natalie last fall and we immediately became friends. I truly appreciate her joining my family for a weekend in Panama City earlier this summer to take our family pictures. Her work is amazing and she captured my family perfectly!
